REFUNDS
• Strictly no refunds on crochet products due to the unique, handmade nature of each item.
• No refunds on hampers.
• All products are thoroughly inspected before purchase. We cannot be held responsible if the purchaser or gift recipient does not follow the care instructions provided.
• Please note: acrylic crochet items will naturally stretch with wear due to the properties of the yarn.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGE
We do not accept exchanges for change of mind or if an item does not fit. Approximate measurements are provided for each garment to help you make the best choice before purchasing.
Please note that baby hampers are also not eligible for exchange.
EXCEPTIONS
Products sourced from wholesale retailers, included in baby hampers may qualify for an exchange exception if they are prepackaged and we are unable to fully inspect them prior to packing. In such cases, the purchaser of the hamper, must contact us within 24 hours of the item being received by the recipient. Photo evidence of the damage/issue must be emailed to hello@pitterpatterhampers.com.au. Once we have received the details, we will assess the situation and advise on the next steps accordingly.
